Accessories
Our return policy is simple. Within 30 day of purchase you may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund.

Phones
Phones purchased without new service can be exchanged or returned within 30 day with less then 30min of usage time only. Return policy for phones purchased with new service vary by carrier. See your carries terms, agreement.

Note: Packages that are not in original packages will be charged 25% restocking fee of original price. Packages with missing articles will not be exchanged or returned. Items should be in like new condition with no physical, liquid damaged.
  • Ship the product(s) in its original packaging to the following address:

    You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer.
     
  • Please note that shipping charges for return/exchange product(s) are the responsibility of the customer. If, upon review of the return, we determine that the product(s) returned is defective (Covered under the warranty) or sent in error, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
     
    We will process your return within 5 business days. If the return is accepted, you will receive a credit confirmation via email. If you have requested an exchange, a new shipment confirmation will be sent to you (pending product availability). If there are any issues or problems with your return/exchange, Wirelesssquare.com will notify you via email.
